1. General Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at l399: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

• The name on the account and the name on the payment account must match at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 will apply and your total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds (1,000 × 10 = 10,000). Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts or from the same device will result in both accounts being cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
